The DX Professional application provides management information for the Realitis/iSDX PBX.
Running under Windows NT, the system has an easy to use graphical interface and can be integrated with popular office systems to simplify the production of reports, graphs and other management documentation.

The management PC or server connects to Realitis/iSDX via cable to the MMI port, via RAS modem or via an Ethernet interface to provide rapid access to system information and to perform moves and changes.

It allows multiple clients to be supported simultaneously, with different access rights for each client. SNMP support will be introduced which will allow capture of Realitis/iSDX alarm messages from the Ethernet.
